Fred
What's the essence of the French Riviera? Informal glamour, joy and an abundance of sunshine dancing on the sea and kissing the skin. This is what Fred, “the solar jeweler” is made of. So, when creating the visual identity of this LVMH-owned Maison, we designed a tailor-made typography that reflects both this solarity and the precise gesture, the excellence of the jeweler. The Fred typographic family includes a beautifully chiseled Serif, reminiscent of the cut and gem-setting, as well as a pure, organic-shaped Sans Serif, with the touch of boldness and sportiness its creator, Fred Samuel, cherished.
